Key Responsibilities

Lead and review the planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure works.
Review and approve infrastructure design submissions and technical reports.
Ensure compliance with local authority requirements and international standards.
Provide site supervision and technical support during construction.
Coordinate with internal disciplines and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
Review contractor deviations and propose corrective solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or Infrastructure Engineering.
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in infrastructure engineering.
Strong experience in roads, utilities, drainage, and sewage systems.
Thorough knowledge of local authority regulations and international standards.
Proven experience in design review, site supervision, and contractor coordination.
