Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all cost estimation processes for diverse projects.
Develop and implement robust cost estimation methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and completeness of all cost estimates.
Collaborate cross-functionally with project teams, engineering, procurement, and finance departments.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations on cost-saving opportunities and value engineering.
Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team of cost estimators.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Proven extensive experience in senior cost estimation roles, preferably within real estate or large-scale development sectors.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in relevant cost estimation software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
