Key Responsibilities

• Manage the portfolio management process to ensure its effective and smooth operation.
• Support ideation, work intake, phase-gate processes, and prioritization of projects.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans, incorporating Finance timelines and agreed inputs.
• Design the overall framework for the project portfolio management system to enhance functionality and integration.
• Monitor portfolio program progress and provide insights into potential risks related to scope, time, cost, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in building financial models and executing project portfolio planning.
• Previous consulting experience with a top consulting house is preferred.
• Solid analytical skills to analyze project and portfolio data, developing reports and dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills to convey project and portfolio value, risk, and performance.
• Strong understanding of portfolio maturity and the organization's level of sophistication.
• Bachelor’s degree is a must, MBA from a top-tier business school is preferred.
