Key Responsibilities

• Assist in providing a high-quality service desk to stakeholders.
• Initiate quick resolution of complaints and provide full support services.

• Ensure all complaints and logs are resolved within standard timing.
• Follow up with pending cases and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Assist the Team Leader in solving day-to-day problems.
