• Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream or related discipline. CITF preferred
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain zero operations loss and target zero high-risk errors.
• Target zero complaints and ensure minimum 95% adherence to TAT standards.
• Achieve more than 90% satisfaction score in internal customer surveys.
• Ensure no unauthorized breaches in policy/regulatory requirements and SOPs.
• Maintain satisfactory ratings in all audits (INA/RMU/OCS/Self-Assessment).
• Execute departmental initiatives as advised.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream or related discipline. CITF preferred.
• Thorough understanding of ICC Rules, local laws, and legal risks.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Finance with hands-on experience in all trade finance products.
• Hands-on experience with Core Banking Solutions.
• Good communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Extensive knowledge of UCP600, URC522, ISBP, ISP98, URDG758, URR725, Incoterms 2010, ICC Banking Commission opinions etc.
