Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth user research to understand the needs and behaviors of students, parents, and staff.
• Map current educational journeys and identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Design, prototype, and test innovative service solutions that enhance the overall educational experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including educators, technologists, and operations, to implement new services.
• Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders to gather insights and build consensus.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of designed services, iterating based on feedback and data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Service Design, UX/UI Design, Industrial Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in a service design or similar role, preferably within the education sector.
• Proficiency in design thinking methodologies, user research techniques, and prototyping tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable design insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
