Aati Contracts is seeking a Site Supervisor (Fit out) to implement the project program on site in an organized and cost-effective manner. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to approved designs, quality standards, and agreed time frames. This role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the project program on site in an organized and cost-effective manner.
• Coordinate site mobilization & demobilization and prepare applicable reports.
• Organize and manage the workforce, supervise the site, and keep the Site Engineer updated.
• Monitor project progress against the project plan and report discrepancies/delays.
• Conduct quality checks and complete quality check lists with the QC Inspector.
• Ensure healthy interpersonal relations between all workers & subcontractors.

Requirements

• 2 – 3 years of experience in the interior contracting industry.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Ability to accurately assess material and manpower requirements.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of health & safety practices on job sites.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
