Social Media Specialist

Job Overview

LINKVIVA is hiring a Social Media Specialist in Dubai on a 4-month, on-site contract to be the digital voice of a major public festival.
You’ll plan and run pre/during/post-event social, capture and publish live content in real time, and collaborate with creators, producers,
and influencers to drive engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and more. Own visa and medical insurance are required.
This role includes both office and site work, with approximately one month on-site during the festival
(accommodation, meals, and on-site amenities provided).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage the social content plan across pre-, during-, and post-event phases.
• Lead live capture and posting (stories, reels, behind-the-scenes, audience moments) during the festival.
• Engage the community in real time; moderate comments and foster audience connection.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, influencers, and on-ground producers.
• Ensure brand guidelines, tone, and campaign objectives are met under tight timelines.
• Track performance and produce weekly insight reports.
• Coordinate approvals, scheduling, and rapid publishing workflows on-site.

Requirements

• 4+ years managing social for festivals, entertainment, or lifestyle brands.
• Proven live posting skills; confident with video and behind-the-scenes formats and trend spotting.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (required); strong copy and caption writing.
• Familiar with regional trends, especially Instagram and TikTok.
• Ready for approximately one month on-site; flexible for evenings and weekends during events.
• Must have own visa and medical insurance.
