Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and process Corporate Actions for various products (equities, mutual funds, fixed income, etc.).
• Handle moderately intricate to extremely complex corporate action events across markets.
• Reconcile client positions with sub custodians and monitor accruals and entitlements.
• Solicit and receive responses from clients for voluntary events and submit instructions.
• Communicate with clients, counterparties, markets, and regulators regarding corporate actions.
• Adhere to established quality control measures and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in Corporate Actions processes.
• Knowledge of Local, Regional, and International Markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with various internal and external entities.
• Understanding of Securities Lending and Borrowing transactions.
• Familiarity with market rules, regulations, and procedures.
