Key Responsibilities

Work closely with business segments within PBG to leverage analytics capabilities.
Apply advanced statistical and predictive modelling techniques to build and improve decision systems.
Design experiments and test business hypotheses.
Identify relevant internal and external data sources for analytics opportunities.
Develop innovative approaches to solve business problems using Analytics and communicate results.
Provide on-going tracking and monitoring of performance of decision systems and statistical models.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Sciences, Maths, Operations Research, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a large Analytics or BI function in a financial services organization.
Experience with a wide variety of analytical processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
