Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all store operations, including inventory control and stock accuracy.
Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
Implement and maintain efficient warehousing procedures and storage layouts.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment of goods.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies within the store environment.
Prepare regular reports on stock movement, inventory status, and material consumption.

Requirements

Diploma or Higher Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Stores Executive or in a similar inventory management role.
Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehousing best practices.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel for inventory tracking.
