Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations and performance of all Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs).
• Ensure all EGM equipment is fully functional, well-maintained, and ready for guest use.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting guests with EGM queries and troubleshooting minor issues.
• Monitor EGM performance, identify potential problems, and report technical discrepancies promptly.
• Train, mentor, and motivate EGM staff, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency.
• Ensure strict compliance with all gaming regulations, company policies, and security procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in EGM operations or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality or gaming industry.
• Strong technical understanding of Electronic Gaming Machines and related systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage a team and interact with guests.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
