Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
Review and verify payroll data, including timesheets, benefits, and deductions.
Prepare and submit accurate payroll reports to management and relevant authorities.
Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all payroll information and records.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Payroll Supervisor or in a similar payroll management role.
Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems.
In-depth understanding of UAE labor laws and payroll regulations.
Excellent numerical accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
