Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment cycle for select corporate roles, from job posting through to offer.
• Partner closely with line managers to interpret requirements, screen applicants, and present shortlists.
• Prepare offers, contracts, and employment letters, and conduct reference and background checks.
• Support building and maintaining talent pipelines and proactive sourcing through LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Collaborate with corporate hiring managers to draft or revise job descriptions.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new joiners in partnership with our corporate HR.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, including international exposure; prior experience in luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands strongly preferred.
• Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment, ideally within both corporate and operational environments.
• Skilled in sourcing, talent mapping, and relationship-driven hiring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and service-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with Workday or similar ATS/HRIS platforms, and strong analytical capabilities.
