Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for academic staff, focusing on MoE subjects.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in talent acquisition, specifically within the education sector.
Strong understanding of the UAE Ministry of Education (MoE) curriculum and recruitment requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
