Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the sterile processing team, ensuring adherence to protocols and schedules.
• Oversee all aspects of sterilization, including cleaning, disinfection, packaging, and sterilization cycles.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines and quality standards.
• Manage inventory of sterile supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper storage.
• Conduct regular training for team members on best practices and new procedures.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain sterility assurance.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in sterile processing, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of sterilization techniques, equipment, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
