Key Responsibilities

Handle technical procurement, sourcing, and purchasing of spare parts, consumables, and machinery-related items.
Maintain accurate inventory levels of all spare parts and engineering materials.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for quotations, deliveries, and follow-ups.
Ensure proper GRN documentation, material receiving, and storage.
Maintain a well-organized store with proper binning, labeling, and stock tracking.
Support maintenance and utility teams by issuing parts on time.
Assist in cost control, price comparison, and supplier evaluation.
Update and maintain inventory records in ERP/SAP.
Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and maintain minimum stock levels.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and compliance standards within the store.

Requirements

Minimum 5–6 years of experience in technical procurement or spare-parts store keeping (manufacturing / food industry preferred).
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and utilities spare parts.
Experience in vendor communication, sourcing, and negotiation.
Good knowledge of inventory control practices.
Proficiency in SAP / ERP systems is an advantage.
Physically fit and able to handle store movements and daily operations.
Good communication skills in English; Hindi/Tamil/Urdu is an added advantage.
Candidates must be available in UAE.
