Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage teller operations, including cash transactions, check deposits, fund transfers, and foreign exchange services.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, operational risk controls, and regulatory requirements.
Supervise, coach, and develop teller staff to maintain operational accuracy and consistent service delivery.
Monitor and contribute to achieving branch service KPIs, including customer satisfaction metrics and transaction accuracy.
Manage cash limits and exchange positions in accordance with branch authorization standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in banking, business, finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking operations, with at least 3 years in teller operations and supervisory responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of branch operations, cash management, and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team management.
Proficiency in banking software and systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
