Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage all travel requests and visa procedures for employees.
• Review and approve travel requests, ensuring compliance with internal Travel Policy.
• Monitor booking activities with partner travel agencies to ensure compliance.
• Ensure proper insurance coverage for all business trips.
• Share security instructions and emergency protocols with travelers.
• Update and maintain traveler information databases.

Requirements

• Candidate must hold a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of total experience, with 2 years dedicated to travel management.
• Good computer literacy (Word + Excel).
• Flexible to answer emergencies outside of working hours (flight changes for example).
• Good level of English (written and spoken).
