• Lead a high-performing HSE organization, championing leadership accountability and safety culture development.
• Represent the company at a senior level with partners, regulators, and key industry stakeholders.

Requirements

• 20+ years of progressive HSE leadership experience within drilling or upstream energy operations.
• Demonstrated success shaping strategic HSE vision and influencing at CEO/Board level.
• Strong expertise in process safety, risk management, and major hazard leadership.
• Proven ability to deliver transformation across large, complex organizations.
• Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder engagement skills.
