Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests at Al Majilis Service.
• Take accurate orders and serve dishes and beverages efficiently and gracefully.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area according to Jumeirah standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve any service issues promptly and courteously.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction and contribute positively to the dining experience.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter/ess, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work effectively and calmly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering impeccable service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
