Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized and attentive service to guests in private dining settings.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, offering recommendations as appropriate.
• Ensure timely delivery of all items and maintain high presentation standards for all dishes.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve any issues with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and other service staff to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter/ess, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guest-focused approach.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills, particularly Arabic, are a significant advantage.
