Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance activities.
Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution for all building systems.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery.
Ensure strict compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Support the facilities team in delivering high service standards and guest satisfaction.
Respond promptly and effectively to all facility-related issues and emergencies.

Requirements

Diploma or higher in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
Proven experience (3-5 years) in facilities management, ideally within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding, and dynamic environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on leadership.
