Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the coffee bar, ensuring smooth service and high-quality product delivery.
• Manage, train, and mentor a team of baristas and service staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplies efficiently to control costs.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and promptly resolving any guest concerns.
• Implement and strictly adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance sales, increase profitability, and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in coffee shop or food and beverage management, preferably within a luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
• In-depth knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, F&B operational procedures, and industry best practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by resort operations.
• A steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
