Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues.
Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Building Technician or similar role, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
Strong knowledge of building maintenance procedures and systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work flexible hours.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Relevant technical certification or diploma is preferred.
