Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for goods and services required by the luxury resort.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with vendors and partners.
• Ensure strict compliance with all purchasing policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast needs, and collaborate with departments to optimize stock.
• Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost savings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar purchasing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and effectively as part of a dynamic team.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.
