Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new conference clients and retain existing ones.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and reports to clients and management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commercial Account Manager, specifically in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent understanding of the conference market in the UAE.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
