Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, proposals, and tenders.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine scope of work.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and sales teams to gather necessary information.
• Identify and quantify cost factors such as materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Ensure estimates are accurate, competitive, and adhere to company standards and client requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry pricing, market trends, and new technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent).
• Proven experience (3+ years) as an Estimation Engineer, preferably in a diversified sector.
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for dealing with vendors and clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
