Key Responsibilities

• Liaise effectively with clients, internal departments, and external vendors to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the event planning and execution process.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
