Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Lebanese cuisine section, ensuring authenticity and high culinary standards.
Develop and implement innovative Lebanese menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
Oversee kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
Maintain stringent hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
Manage inventory, control costs, and minimize waste effectively.
Ensure all dishes meet the resort's quality standards and guest expectations.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or a similar senior culinary role, with a strong focus on Lebanese cuisine.
In-depth knowledge of Lebanese culinary techniques, ingredients, and traditions.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, luxury hotel or resort environment.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
A culinary diploma or equivalent professional training is highly preferred.
