Key Responsibilities

Assist the Captain in all phases of flight, ensuring safe and efficient operation of the A320 aircraft.
Execute pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties in accordance with company standards and aviation regulations.
Monitor aircraft systems and performance, making timely and accurate decisions.
Ensure compliance with all applicable aviation laws, procedures, and company policies.
Maintain effective communication with the Captain, cabin crew, and air traffic control.

Requirements

Valid ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) or Frozen ATPL with current type rating on Airbus A320.
Minimum required flight hours on A320 type, as per regulatory and company requirements.
Excellent command of English language, both written and verbal.
Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
Strong decision-making skills, ability to perform under pressure, and a high level of situational awareness.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
