Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure robust financial control and optimal performance.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, forecasts, and budgets.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management regarding investment opportunities, financial planning, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and international accounting standards.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure to support business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or similar professional qualification is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of success in a Head of Finance or similar senior financial leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
