Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to HR reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
