Key Responsibilities

Administer and manage all aspects of lease agreements for retail properties.
Ensure strict compliance with lease terms, conditions, and company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease records and documentation.
Process lease renewals, extensions, terminations, and modifications efficiently.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and property management teams on lease-related matters.
Prepare comprehensive reports on lease portfolio performance and occupancy.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in lease administration, preferably in retail or real estate.
Strong understanding of real estate laws and leasing practices in the UAE.
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in lease management software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders.
