Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system issues and execute effective repairs.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and ensure operational reliability.
Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company standards during maintenance tasks.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency repair requests to minimize downtime.

Requirements

Diploma or Higher Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field.
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a similar industry.
Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and their components.
Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and circuit diagrams accurately.
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal communication.
Capability to work effectively both independently and as a valued team member.
