Top Vet Clinic is hiring a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
You’ll lead end-to-end marketing—from strategy and campaigns to digital channels and events—while partnering closely with veterinarians to ensure consistent, pet-care-focused branding and communications.
This is a hands-on role in a growing veterinary practice that blends modern technology with compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute clinic-wide marketing strategies and integrated campaigns.
Oversee digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media) to drive awareness and appointments.
Conduct market research and analyze performance to optimize spend and messaging.
Plan and coordinate events, promotions, and community outreach.
Ensure brand consistency across channels; collaborate with the veterinary team.
Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and reporting.

Requirements

Proven skills in marketing strategy and campaign management.
Experience across SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
Strong analytical, research, and reporting abilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Project management and organizational strengths.
Veterinary/healthcare industry experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
