Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Pilates classes, including mat and reformer sessions.
• Design and implement personalized Pilates programs for individual clients.
• Ensure client safety through proper technique instruction and modifications.
• Assess client fitness levels and progress, adjusting programs as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
• Promote client retention and encourage participation in wellness programs.

Requirements

• Certified Pilates Instructor (Comprehensive certification preferred).
• Proven experience in teaching both mat and reformer Pilates.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
