Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal and compliance advice to clients on regulatory matters and corporate governance.

• Conduct thorough due diligence, risk assessments, and compliance audits for projects and operations.
• Ensure client adherence to local UAE laws, international regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a legal, regulatory, or compliance consulting role.
• Strong understanding of UAE commercial laws, regulations, and international compliance standards (e.g., AML, KYC, GDPR).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
