Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all mechanical systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical failures in HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems.
Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components and parts efficiently.
Ensure all mechanical systems comply with safety standards and operational protocols.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize system performance and reliability.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician, preferably in a hospitality or large-scale facility.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and other mechanical equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
