Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning, implementation, and enhancement of ERP financial modules and related systems.
• Manage complex financial system projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders to identify system needs, optimize financial processes, and integrate new functionalities.
• Oversee the ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and support for all financial applications, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, industry best practices, and internal policies through effective system configuration and controls.
• Develop, mentor, and lead a team of financial systems specialists, fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven extensive experience (minimum 8 years) in managing and implementing large-scale ERP financial systems, preferably within a large multinational corporation.
• Deep understanding of financial accounting principles, reporting requirements (IFRS/GAAP), and financial processes.
• Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT/Finance projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with major ERP systems such as SAP (FI/CO), Oracle Financials, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
