Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional business strategy to achieve short-term and long-term commercial objectives.
• Lead the implementation of commercial programs and customer-focused initiatives.
• Generate periodic market intelligence reports to inform business decisions.
• Oversee day-to-day commercial operations across the region, addressing distributor challenges.
• Implement and monitor annual and quarterly sales plans.
• Ensure sales targets are consistently achieved through effective planning and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Minimum graduate in Management, Engineering, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in commercial or sales management roles within the medical devices industry.
• Proven experience in managing distributor networks and leading large-scale sales projects.
• Strong understanding of public tender processes and government procurement procedures across the Levant region.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
