Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and segment customer data to identify trends.
• Conduct predictive analysis to contribute to lead generation.
• Assist in designing and analyzing customer lifecycle management (CLM) campaigns.
• Monitor the sales funnel process and identify gaps for improvement.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports/dashboards on sales performance.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing functions to align strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting within a CRM department.
• Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention methodologies.
• Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent IT skills including CRM, Power BI, Tableau, MS Office, and web-based technologies.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
