Key Responsibilities

Build and run the company's operating system, including workflows, SOPs, KPIs, and org structures.
Lead digital transformation across CRM, ERP, Notion, HRMS, and contact center platforms.
Drive automation, alerts, dashboards, and decision systems for speed and clarity.
Design org structures, performance systems, talent charters, and leadership pipelines.
Create a playbook for multi-clinic expansion, operational readiness, and scalability.

Requirements

8–12+ years in management consulting or transformation leadership, preferably in healthcare or multi-site environments.
Expertise in operations design, automation tools, and performance frameworks.
Hands-on experience with BI tools, CRM/ERP systems, and workflow platforms.
Comfortable working directly with founders and owning cross-functional programs.
GCC healthcare knowledge preferred.
