• Salary Range: $7.00 / hour

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 3PL relationships, track inventory, and oversee shipments.
• Own the Brand Manager’s calendar and coordinate meetings.
• Create and manage POs and invoices.
• Track initiatives in Notion and manage timelines.
• Manage Instagram comments/DMs and handle product complaints.

Requirements

• 2+ years supporting e-commerce brands.
• 1+ year hands-on experience as a Shopify admin.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack.
• Ability to work M–F, 8am–5pm PST (40 hours/week).
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
