Fuse Energy is seeking a Digital Designer to shape the entire Fuse brand experience. As the first Digital Designer, you will design best-in-class visual and brand experiences that bring the idea of energy abundance to life.

Key Responsibilities

Design best-in-class visual and brand experiences.
Build and evolve Fuse's brand system, including typography, color, iconography, illustration, and motion.
Define the visual language for web and mobile, shaping UI components and interaction states.
Extend the brand across digital, motion, hardware interfaces, packaging, and print.
Establish messaging principles, tone guidelines, content patterns, and microcopy standards.

Requirements

Experience designing visual and brand systems for consumer-facing digital products.
Strong craft across typography, color, composition, motion, and visual storytelling.
A track record of taking brand work end-to-end from conceptual exploration through to design execution.
Ability to translate abstract concepts into clear, cohesive visual systems.
Excellent written communication skills.
Figma expert (non-negotiable).
