Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure, assist with luggage, and open doors.
• Oversee street traffic, maintain cleanliness at the entrance, and ensure equipment alignment.
• Handle department keys, radios, and phones securely; remain in assigned post.
• Adhere to hotel policies, safety standards, and maintain professional demeanor.
• Promote a positive team environment and communicate effectively with other departments.
• Engage guests warmly, collect preferences, and resolve complaints appropriately.

Requirements

• Senior School qualification or equivalent, with 3+ years in a 5-star hotel.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Door or Bell role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic preferred.
• Ability to understand guest needs and deliver high-level customer service.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
