Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical solutions and design proposals to consultants and contractors.
• Promote Hilti technologies, systems, and design methodologies.
• Support the sales team by identifying opportunities and converting specifications into sales.
• Conduct technical presentations, design workshops, and onsite support.
• Maintain close contact with project stakeholders to ensure Hilti solutions are adopted.
• Provide field feedback and market insights to shape new products and digital engineering initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.
• Experience in direct customer-facing roles, technical consulting, or field engineering.
• Strong understanding of construction applications.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
• UAE driving license and willingness to travel between project sites.
