ADNOC Schools is seeking a Head of STEM to join their growing family of schools in Abu Dhabi. This senior role will support all four campuses and help shape the future of education within ADNOC Schools, which are managed and operated by Aldar Education.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop a comprehensive STEM curriculum aligned with educational standards.
Provide guidance and support to teachers in implementing effective STEM teaching strategies.
Oversee all STEM-related programs, activities, and events within the school.
Develop assessment tools to measure student achievement in STEM subjects.
Build and maintain partnerships with external organizations and industry professionals.
Manage resources, budget allocation, and procurement of materials for STEM initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field (Master's degree preferred), with PGCE or another teacher qualification.
Master’s degree in Education Leadership/Management.
Administrative/Leadership certification.
Teaching certification and significant experience in STEM education.
Leadership experience in a school setting or educational institution.
Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional best practices, and assessment strategies.
