Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date HR policies.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and development.
Advise senior management on HR-related matters and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Manage and lead the HR team, ensuring high performance and continuous professional growth.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives.
Proven track record in managing a diverse workforce and fostering a positive work culture.
