Key Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier relationships and procurement of cabin interior components.
• Lead a team of specialists to maintain the highest standards of cabin aesthetics and functionality.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and guest experience teams to enhance passenger comfort.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of cabin interiors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cabin interior management or aviation design, preferably within an airline.
• Strong understanding of aircraft interior materials, manufacturing processes, and regulatory requirements (EASA, FAA).
• Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
